We recommend that you arrive at the center 10 minutes before your appointment, so you can change and avoid unnecessary delays.

If the client arrives late, the centre will not be held liable. It will not be possible to extend the planned treatment time, in order to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.

Before starting any treatment, it is recommended that you notify us if you suffer from any injury, ailment, illness or possible pregnancy.

Auga de Maio has gift vouchers available to give to that person you care about. They cannot be exchanged for money, but you can exchange them for any other service. If the selected service exceeds the value of the gift voucher, you will have to pay the difference on the day of the appointment. If at the time of the service, the gift voucher has already expired, you will have to pay €5 for the activation of said voucher and the corresponding rate update if it was purchased on promotion. After two years from the date of purchase, gift vouchers will not be redeemable. The voucher code will be requested when making an appointment; if the person does not appear without prior notice, the service will be considered redeemed.

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and a reservation must be made. It is essential to hand in the gift voucher on the day of the appointment, and anyone can use it as long as they bring it with them.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on Sundays and holidays*

Please take care of your personal belongings. There are lockers available for clients. The centre is not responsible for the loss or theft of your personal belongings. We advise you not to bring valuables. If you bring an object that could be lost, please leave it in the locked locker or, if you prefer, at reception.

The minimum age allowed for treatment without parental consent is 16 years. If a minor under 16 years of age is accompanied by his or her parents or has their consent, he or she may access the centre as long as the rules of use are respected.

The entire centre must be in a calm and harmonious atmosphere. We ask that you speak quietly, do not have telephone conversations and show the utmost respect for other users.

The center will provide you with everything you need for any treatment: bathrobe, slippers, brush, etc.

Entry into the Spa is not permitted with street clothes or shoes, or with food or drinks from outside.

Screaming, running and diving into the jacuzzi are not permitted.

The use of a swimsuit is mandatory.

The center will provide you with everything you need for the circuit: flip flops and towels.

If you wish to take a shower, soap and shampoo will be available, as well as a hairdryer in the changing area.

The centre reserves the right of admission and will not allow access to people who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

The centre's staff monitors compliance with the rules and has the right to call people who do not comply with them to their attention. If the violation continues, people will be asked to leave the premises.

Any person who enters the centre accepts its operating rules.
